| I put the bass together from parts that I had acquired
over the years, it originally had a green jazz bass body. It was
broken at a gig so I had a friend make a new body for it, it's based
off the body of the Fender VI. I purchased the Spalted Maple off
Ebay. I also
swapped the EMG pre
amp for a John
East Music Man Stingray Retro pre amp. The pickups are Bartolini
wired in parallel, the neck came from Allparts.
I must say it's not a bad looking bass. |
